Heterogeneous saddle ring ceramic packing is a new type of packing that is improved on the basis of rectangular saddle ring packing. The smooth curved side of the rectangular saddle packing is changed to a serrated or textured raised side. This increases the contact gap between the fillers in the packed bed layer, making it more conducive to the flow and dispersion of gases and liquids in the packed bed layer. It has the characteristics of reduced pressure and high mass transfer efficiency, and is widely used in drying and absorption towers for sulfuric acid production. The plastic saddle shaped packing with different saddle rings is similar to a saddle shape. The main liquid channel in this packing layer is an arc-shaped one, and the gaps in the packing layer are more continuous than those in the annular packing (especially compared to the Lassie ring packing), which allows gas to flow mainly along the arc-shaped channel when flowing upwards. Product features: It has the characteristics of high porosity, low pressure drop and mass transfer unit height, high flooding point, sufficient gas-liquid contact, small specific gravity, high mass transfer efficiency, reduced pressure, high flux, high efficiency, high load elasticity, and good anti fouling performance. Widely used in plastic saddle rings for refining and extracting dewaxed oil, demethanation, and refining phthalic anhydride.
